Why do we limit this?
We find often when there are too many choices equals a reduction in purchases. Additionally, each item/logo must meet our price point quotes for set up. Additional logos often result in items not meeting the set-up quantity.
How are the items priced?
We price based on the number of expected items sold within our price break guide, plus any additional labor such as individual bagging, or shipping to individual customers. After our price is set then you will tell us what profit you would like from each item, that amount is added to our price and the total price is published on the fundraiser site.
We didn't meet our minimums, what next?
As part of the pre-site set-up your sales rep will go over the base quantity each logo set-up is priced for, if during the sale a logo set-up does not reach the minimum set-up quantity price, those items will not be eligible for payout.
How do the orders come when finished?
You may choose from the following options;
Estimated orders of 25 or more;
Bagged by individual name
Estimated orders less than 25;
Sent as a bulk order to be separated
Estimated Orders of 100 or more;
Any option above as well as individual bagged orders shipped to the buyer (buyer pays shipping).
How long is the fundraiser open for?
We advise a 2-3 week order window.
Can a store be re-opened after it is closed?
Once a store is closed the administrator will receive a report of the amount of orders/items, and may at that time or within 24 hours of receipt of report request that the store re-open for another week. After 24 hours of the report being sent the order begin production and cannot be reopened.
Can we order more shirts after the store is closed?
Yes, absolutely! Those would be priced differently than the store price, dependent on quantity of order/design set-up.
How do I market my fundraiser?
We provide a flyer with QR code to distribute to potential buyers.
